These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website AurentCore and AI trading platform collectively called the "Service", operated by AurentCore Inc. ("AurentCore", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
1. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By accessing it, you confirm you meet this age requirement and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms. The Service is unavailable in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law.
2. Account Creation
Full access requires registering an account with true, current, and thorough information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at if you suspect unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms, containing false data, or involved in fraud or misuse.
3. Service Nature and Limitations
AurentCore provides AI-enabled market research, trading signals, and optional automated trade execution through broker integration. The Service is informational and analytical only.
- AurentCore does not hold or manage your funds; all capital remains with your brokerage or exchange.
- Our platform connects to your broker using API keys with read-only and execution rights. These cannot be used for fund withdrawals.
- Past strategy or signal performance does not predict future results.
- Trading entails risk including potential principal loss.
4. No Financial Guidance
Nothing on the platform AurentCore constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. AI signals are for informational use only. Consult a qualified advisor before investing. AurentCore is not a registered financial advisor or broker-dealer.
5. Fees and Billing
Some functionalities require paid subscriptions. Fees are detailed on our pricing page and subject to change with 30 days’ notice. Prices exclude applicable taxes payable by you. Subscriptions bill monthly or yearly in advance. Refunds are discretionary within 14 days of first payment for new users only.
6. Acceptable Use Policies
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal activities or in violation of laws.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract platform source code.
- Employ automated scripts to scrape or collect data from the Service.
- Resell or exploit the Service commercially without written permission.
- Disrupt or damage the platform’s integrity or operation.
- Engage in market manipulation, front-running, or illegal trading practices.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, algorithms, trademarks, and trade secrets are owned exclusively by AurentCore or its licensors. No rights or licenses are granted to you except as expressly stated. You may not use our trademarks without permission.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AurentCore WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE, NOR THAT IT WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Liability Limitations
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, AurentCore WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID TO AurentCore IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AurentCore and its representatives from any claims or expenses related to your use of the Service or violations of these Terms.
11. Account Termination
You may close your account anytime via settings or contacting We may suspend or end access immediately if Terms are breached. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may erase your data per our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by New York State law, ignoring conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in PH under American Arbitration Association rules. Users in the EU or UK may also pursue claims in local courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms anytime. Significant changes will be notified at least 14 days beforehand by email or platform notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
